Hi. We are going to do a fairly significant consolidation project along with our Notes 8 deployment this year. The strategy is to deploy approximately 42 new Domino servers in 16 locations and move 8,000 apps (100k replicas) and 25,000 users from 150 servers in 90 locations to the 42 new servers.

We have been interviewing tool vendors for the 3 main chunks of work for these activities:

1. Mail analysis: predict impact to WAN and report on general mail trends before and after.

2. App analysis: find unused applications. detect apps with Notes 8 issues. predict impact to WAN.

3. Desktop reconfiguration: change workspace icons to point to new servers (with a fair amount of logic).
